Hey Y'all...   Its the close of another beautiful Fall day here in South Mississippi...  I have been watching the Week of Webisodes over on the Paper Wishes site.  They featured some Vintage today and since I had the images I decided to take their idea and create a card from it... This is a fairly new fold that is featured on Leanne's site  http://leannchiverscraft.wordpress.com/....  I have fell in love with the fold....

Hey Y'all...  another beautiful day here... Fall is really in the air here and I had to add a blanket to the bed last night!! Great sleeping weather all snuggled up under the blankets!!

Hey Y'all...  It's a wonderful morning this morning.. blue skies and a touch of  Fall in the air! I am ready for some cooler weather and to see the wonderful colors of God's palette..  Fall has to be my favorite time of the year... the crunchy leaves and bright reds and golds in the trees....
I found this great poem by Mortimer Crane Brown, it says some of the things that I feel...

Soon the summer will be dead.
I can trace it in the flying

Making a Start on my Christmas Cards...

Hey Y'all...  I have been working on my Christmas cards..  I decided to make all Easel cards this year...  I like that they make their own presentation... just sit them on a table or shelf and they are on display! I am working mostly with images from a CD that I purchased... I hope that I will be able to share with you as I go along.... This one was made from a CD image. The Poinsettia embellishment was cut separate and put up on pop dots...  Thanks for looking....

Hello from Me!

Hey Y'all !  I can't believe I am entering the world of blogging! I don't have a clue what I am doing... just flying blind here... Its sorta like following the Savior, I guess.... I am doing this by faith!  Hoping that I don't make too many mistakes...
I chose the title " Memories From the Vault " as my title because I hope to share some cards  ( when I learn how! ) that I have a passion for .. Vintage!  Most of you who know me and my card style know that I love the images from long ago!!
